How do we work?

  1. Before we get to the nitty-gritty of colours, style and features, we seek to know more about your business. You’ll meet with Design Me Social founder, Natalie, who will dig deep into the ‘why’ behind the ‘what’ and uncover the project objectives and goals.
  2. Once we understand what it is you want to achieve, we enter the research phase of your project. We put together a strategy and development plan that will see your goals fulfilled.
  3. With an action plan in place, we begin creating a website prototype that will give you a glimpse into how your site will function. From here we craft the design and layout of your website. Once you’ve signed off on this, we begin development of your custom website.
  4. Once your shiny new website has been launched, we offer training on how to use your site and include 30 days of support. We will also setup Google Analytics and any lead capturing strategies previously discussed.
